Autopay: Set It Once, Never Miss a Renewal Again

Forgetting to pay a renewal invoice is how servers end up suspended at the worst possible time. Autopay fixes that: approve it once, and your service renews itself on the due date from then on.

How It Works

Open any active service's page and look for the Autopay card. Turning it on takes you through a one-time approval with your payment provider:

• INR services use Razorpay Subscriptions — UPI Autopay, a card, or eNACH, whichever your bank/UPI app offers.
• USD services use a PayPal Subscription.

Either way, nothing is charged the day you turn it on. The mandate starts from your service's current renewal date — you're only charged from the next real billing cycle onward, for exactly your plan's price.

What Happens on Renewal Day

We still generate the renewal invoice a few days before it's due, same as always. On the due date, your bank/UPI app or PayPal processes the autopay charge, and the invoice is marked paid automatically the moment that happens — your service just keeps running, no action needed. You'll get an email either way: a confirmation that it renewed, or a heads-up if the charge failed so you can pay manually before anything gets suspended.

If a Charge Ever Fails

Autopay charges can fail for normal reasons — insufficient balance, a UPI daily limit, an expired card. If that happens, we don't just quietly stop: you get a payment-failed email, and the normal invoice is still sitting there for you to pay by hand. Repeated failures eventually turn autopay off automatically (your bank/PayPal does this, not us) rather than retrying forever.

Turning It Off

One click, any time, from the same Autopay card on your service page. Turning it off doesn't cancel your service — you just go back to paying each invoice yourself, exactly like before you turned it on.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

• Autopay is per-service, not account-wide — turn it on for the services you actually want automated.
• If you upgrade or change your plan's billing period, the subscription amount updates to match — you're never autopay-charged the old price.
• We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details — that all stays with Razorpay/PayPal.
