How to Find and Download Your Invoices

Need a record of what you paid — for expensing, accounting, or your own tracking? Every invoice on your account is available in full, anytime.

Where to Find Them

1. Log into your account and go to Invoices (usually in your account's main navigation).
2. You'll see every invoice ever generated on your account — paid, pending, and cancelled — with its number, date, amount, and status.
3. Click any invoice to open the full detail view: line items, any coupon discount applied, payment method used, and the transaction reference.

Downloading / Printing

Most invoice detail pages offer a download/print option that generates a clean, formatted version suitable for expense reports or accounting records — with your billing details, the itemized charges, and payment confirmation.

What's On an Invoice

• Invoice number — a unique reference for that specific bill.
• Line items — what was actually charged (a plan renewal, an upgrade, an add-on, a boost purchase) with individual pricing.
• Any discount applied — coupon code and amount, shown as a separate line if one was used.
• Payment status and method — paid/pending/cancelled, and which gateway (Razorpay, PayPal, crypto, manual) if paid.
• Transaction reference — the actual gateway's payment ID, useful if you ever need to cross-reference with your bank or payment provider's own records.

Finding a Specific One

If you have a lot of invoice history, use the search/filter on the Invoices page (by date range, status, or amount if available) rather than scrolling through everything manually.

For Business/GST Purposes

If you need specific billing details reflected on your invoices for business accounting purposes, make sure your account's billing information is filled in correctly under Account Settings before a purchase — invoices generally reflect whatever billing details were on file at the time they were generated, so updating your details afterward won't retroactively change an already-issued invoice.
