RepublicNodes accepts USDT on the TRC20 network as a real payment method — here's exactly how to use it and what to watch out for.

Before You Start: The One Thing That Matters Most

Only send USDT on the TRC20 network. If your wallet or exchange lets you choose a network when withdrawing USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, etc.), pick TRC20 specifically. Sending on the wrong network to a TRC20 address is one of the few genuinely unrecoverable mistakes in crypto — no gateway, exchange, or support team can pull those funds back once sent to the wrong chain.

Paying at Checkout

1. Add your product to cart and proceed to checkout as normal.
2. Select the USDT/crypto payment option.
3. You'll be shown a wallet address and the exact USDT amount to send (converted from your invoice total at the current rate).
4. Send that exact amount from your wallet or exchange, on the TRC20 network, to the address shown.
5. Depending on which flow is used, confirmation is either automatic (the payment is detected on-chain and your invoice marks itself paid once confirmed) or may involve a manual verification step — the checkout page will indicate which.

How Long It Takes

TRC20 transactions typically confirm within a few minutes on-chain. Automatic detection should reflect that fairly quickly; if you used the manual verification path, allow some time for a human to confirm it, especially outside normal hours.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Sending the wrong amount — send exactly what's shown, not a rounded number. Underpaying leaves your invoice partially unpaid; overpaying doesn't get automatically refunded as change.
• Sending from an exchange that doesn't support TRC20 withdrawals — check your exchange's withdrawal network options before generating the payment request, not after.
• Letting the payment request expire — crypto prices move, and a payment address/amount pairing is typically only valid for a limited window. If it expires before you send, start the checkout again for a fresh one rather than sending to a stale request.

If Your Payment Doesn't Show Up

Don't panic, but don't assume it's lost either — grab your transaction hash (visible in your wallet or on a TRC20 block explorer like Tronscan) and open a support ticket with it. A transaction hash makes it trivial for us to verify a real on-chain payment even if the automated detection missed it for some reason.
