Mailbox and SMTP Relay Hosting: What You Get, Free and Paid
We run our own mail server, and now you can too — a real mailbox or a real authenticated SMTP relay account, provisioned instantly when your order is paid, same as our game servers and VPS.
Two Different Products, on Purpose
Mailbox plans give you a full inbox: webmail, IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, so you can read and send mail from Outlook, Apple Mail, your phone, or our webmail in a browser. This is for people — a real inbox for you or your team.
SMTP Relay plans have no inbox at all — just an authenticated SMTP account for sending mail from an app, script, VPS or website: order confirmations, password resets, alerts. Cheaper than a full mailbox because there's nothing to store.
Pick whichever matches what you actually need; a lot of people end up with one of each (a real inbox for themselves, plus a relay account for their app's notification emails).

Free plans use a shared address under our own domain ([email protected]) — no DNS setup, works immediately. Paid plans let you bring your own domain: at checkout you tell us the domain, and after payment we give you the exact MX, SPF and DKIM records to add to your DNS.
Real Limits, Not Just a Number on the Page
Sending limits are enforced by the mail server itself, not just advisory. The free tier really does stop at 50 emails a day — that's what keeps it sustainable to offer for free, and it's also why there's no open, unauthenticated relay option: every message requires your real account credentials, so nothing on our free tier can be used to send spam anonymously.
