Secure your account with two-factor authentication

Your account controls your servers and billing, so protect it.

Turn on 2FA

1. Open Account → Security.
2. Enable two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and others).
3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

If you're shown backup or recovery codes, save them somewhere safe — they are the way back in if you lose your phone.

Change your password

Also under Account → Security. Use a long, unique password from a password manager.

Good habits

• Never reuse a password from another site.
• We never ask for your password by email, Discord or ticket.
• Review the Activity tab on your servers if anything looks off.
• Remove subusers you no longer need.
