Verify your email and reset a forgotten password

Verification

You need a verified email to order and to open the management pages. If you didn't get the message:

1. Check spam or junk.
2. Use the resend option on the verification page.
3. Make sure the address in Account → Personal details is correct.

Forgot your password

On the login page choose Forgot password, enter your email and follow the link we send. The link expires, so use it soon.

Can't sign in

• Check for typos and caps lock.
• If 2FA is on, use a fresh code and check your phone's clock is automatic.
• If you lost your authenticator, use a backup code if you saved one, or open a ticket from another channel such as Discord so we can verify you.

Changing your email

Update it in Account → Personal details. The new address must be verified.
