Invoices, account credit and renewals

Invoices

Open Dashboard → Invoices to see all invoices, their status and download or pay any that are due. Click an invoice for the full breakdown including any setup fee, discount or tax.

Renewals

Recurring services generate an invoice before the due date. Pay it before it is due to avoid the service being suspended. The rate is the same each period — longer billing terms simply mean fewer invoices.

Payment methods on file

Saved payment methods are managed under Account → Payment methods.

Account credit

Account → Credits shows your balance. Credit can be applied to invoices and to new orders at checkout (choose Use credits).

Coupons

Enter a coupon code at checkout and press Apply; the discount appears in the order summary. Each coupon has its own rules and expiry.

Notifications

Email and account notifications for invoices are configured under Account → Notifications.
