How to Submit Your Server to the Server List

Want your server listed publicly? Here's the complete, step-by-step process.

Before You Start

You need at least one active or previously-active paid service with RepublicNodes — see our eligibility guide if you're not sure whether you qualify. If you're not eligible yet, the submission page will let you know.

Step by Step

1. Go to /server-list/my and log in if you haven't already.
2. Click Submit a Server.
3. Fill in the form:
   • Game — Minecraft, Rust, PalWorld, Source Engine, Hytale, or Other.
   • Server Name — what players will see in the directory.
   • Server IP / Hostname and Port — your real connect address.
   • Location — where the server is hosted (e.g. Singapore, Mumbai).
   • Platform (Minecraft only) — Java, Bedrock, or Cross-play; leave as Not Applicable for other games.
   • Player Authentication — cracked (offline-mode), online (premium only), both, or Not Applicable.
   • Description — a short pitch for your server.
   • Website / Discord links — optional, but worth adding if you have a community around the server.
   • Logo and Banner — optional images that make your listing stand out in the directory.
4. Submit. Your listing goes to pending status while it's reviewed.

What Happens Next

An admin reviews the listing before it goes public — usually to confirm the details are accurate and the server is real and reachable. Once approved, it appears on the public /server-list page immediately.

If It Gets Rejected

You'll see a reason on your My Listings page. Fix whatever was flagged and resubmit — see our rejection guide for the most common reasons and how to avoid them.

Editing an Existing Listing

Go back to My Listings, click Edit on your listing, and update anything — but note that editing an already-approved listing sends it back into pending for re-review. This is intentional: it stops anyone from quietly changing a listing's connect address or details after it's already been approved.
