Server Listing Eligibility, Explained

The Server List isn't open to everyone who signs up for an account — here's exactly who qualifies to submit a listing, and why we set it up that way.

The Actual Rule

You qualify if you have at least one service that's currently active or suspended, and was genuinely paid for (not a free-tier product). That's it — a single real paid order, past or present, is enough. You don't need an active subscription at the exact moment you submit; a service that's currently suspended (but was paid for) still counts.

What Doesn't Count

• A free account with no purchases at all. If you've registered but never bought anything, you're not eligible yet.
• A cancelled service that was never actually paid — for example, a pending order that never completed checkout.
• Signing up for an account alone, without any purchase, doesn't unlock submission.

Why We Restrict It This Way

The Server List is specifically meant to showcase servers actually hosted with us — it's not a general-purpose free directory for any server anywhere. Limiting submission to real paying customers keeps the directory meaningful (every listed server genuinely runs on RepublicNodes infrastructure) and prevents it from being flooded with unrelated listings that have nothing to do with our hosting.

What If I'm Not Eligible Yet?

If you don't currently have a qualifying service, the submission page will let you know rather than silently failing. Once you check out on any real paid product — a Minecraft plan, a VPS, a Rust server, anything — you're immediately eligible going forward, including for listing a server you might set up on a completely different service than the one that made you eligible.

Does the Listing Have to Be for the Service That Made Me Eligible?

No — eligibility is account-level, not tied to a specific service. Once you qualify (via any paid purchase), you can submit a listing for any server you own and host with us, even one on a different plan than the one that originally qualified you.

Losing Eligibility

Eligibility is checked at submission and edit time, based on your account's service history — a past paid service keeps counting even after it ends, so having once been a real customer is generally enough to keep the door open for future listings too.
