Accept the Minecraft EULA so your server starts

Mojang requires every server owner to accept the Minecraft EULA. Until eula.txt says eula=true, the server writes the file and stops — this is Mojang's rule, not a hosting fault.

Accept it from the panel

1. Open your server and go to Settings.
2. In the Minecraft EULA section, choose Accept.
3. Start (or restart) the server.

Accept it manually

Open eula.txt in the Files tab and change eula=false to eula=true, then save.

Reinstalling

When you reinstall the server from Settings, ticking the EULA box in the confirmation window re-accepts it automatically so the fresh install can start.
