Create a database for your plugins or app

Plugins like LuckPerms, CoreProtect or shop/economy plugins can store data in MySQL instead of flat files.

Create it

1. Open Databases.
2. Enter a name (letters, numbers and underscores, up to 48 characters) and press Create.
3. The list shows the host, database name, username and password.

Use it

Copy those values into the plugin's config (for example host, port 3306, database, username, password) and restart the server.

Rotate the password

If a password was shared or leaked, press Rotate password. Update the plugin config with the new one straight afterwards, or it will lose access.

Delete

Deleting a database is permanent. Back up first if you might need the data.
