Get started with web hosting

Our web hosting runs on LiteSpeed with NVMe storage and includes a free SSL certificate.

1. Find your hosting details

After your order is active, open the service on Dashboard → Services. It lists your control panel address, username and the server details you need.

2. Point your domain

Update your domain's DNS to point at the hosting — either the nameservers or the A record given in your service details. See Point your domain at your server. DNS changes can take from a few minutes to several hours to spread.

3. Upload your site

Use the control panel's file manager or an FTP/SFTP client to place your files in the site's document root (often public_html). A static site needs an index.html; PHP sites need index.php.

4. Enable HTTPS

Turn on the free SSL certificate for your domain in the control panel, then redirect HTTP to HTTPS.

5. Email on your domain

Mailboxes are a separate product — see Set up an email account in Outlook, Gmail or your phone.

Not loading?

• Check DNS has propagated (nslookup yourdomain.com).
• Make sure the files are in the correct folder.
• Open a ticket with your domain name.
