How to get support (and what to include)

Support tickets

Open a ticket from your dashboard for anything account-, billing- or server-related. Tickets keep a full history, so nothing gets lost between replies. Our team works with the actual software stack behind these services, not just the hardware.

Discord

Our Discord community is the place for quick questions, feedback and talking to other customers. For anything involving your account or payments, use a ticket instead so details stay private.

Service status

Before reporting an outage, check the status page โ€” if we already know about an incident, updates are posted there.

What to include in a ticket

A good ticket usually gets solved in one reply. Include:

  1. The service โ€” its name or number (for example "Minecraft Iron plan, service #123").
  2. What you expected and what happened instead.
  3. Exact error messages โ€” copy the text or attach a screenshot.
  4. Recent changes โ€” plugins installed, versions changed, files edited.
  5. The last lines of your console if the server won't start.

Please don't share

Never put your account password or panel login in a ticket or on Discord. We will never ask for it.

Was this not what you needed?

Tell us what you're trying to do and our team will help directly.
