Where to find your services and server panel

Your services

Sign in and open Dashboard → Services. Every product you have ordered is listed there with its status, price and next due date. Click a service to see its details, invoices and available actions.

The server management area

For game servers, click Manage on the service page, or open My Servers to see every game server you own on one screen. Each server opens its own management page with a sidebar of tabs (Console, Files, Backups and so on).

Servers shared with you

If a friend or teammate added you as a subuser, their server appears on your My Servers page with a Shared with you badge. You only see the tabs they gave you permission to use. See Giving friends access with subusers.

Direct links

Every server management page has a stable URL of the form /services/<id>/manage. Only the owner and invited subusers can open it — anyone else gets a 403 error, even if they guess the number.

Can't see a server?

• Check you are signed in to the account that placed the order.
• Servers appear once they are Active; a service still pending payment won't be listed.
• Open a ticket if a paid server is missing.
