How to order and deploy your first server

This walks through the whole ordering flow so you know what to expect at each step.

1. Pick a product

Browse the Shop menu (or the pricing page) and open the category that fits your workload — game hosting, VPS, web hosting, mailbox or SMTP hosting, Discord bot hosting, or Dedicated Servers. Every product page lists its real specs and price up front.

2. Choose a billing term

Most plans can be billed monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly. The monthly rate is the same for every term — longer terms simply mean you pay less often.

3. Check out

Add the plan to your cart, review the order summary, apply a coupon code if you have one, and choose a payment method. See Payment methods we accept for what is available.

You need a registered, email-verified account to check out. If you don't have one yet, registration takes under a minute.

4. Deployment

• Game hosting, VPS, web and other standard products deploy automatically once payment is confirmed — usually within about a minute.
• Dedicated Servers are provisioned manually by our team after payment. The expected delivery time is shown on each listing. See How Dedicated Servers are delivered.

5. Manage your service

Open Dashboard → Services, pick your service and use Manage to open the server management area. From there you can start and stop the server, edit files, take backups and more — see A tour of the server management panel.

If something doesn't deploy

Give it a couple of minutes, then check the service status on your dashboard. If it still isn't active, open a support ticket with your order number and we'll look into it directly.
